Acceptance of Terms

By creating a KheloStar ID, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full. If any clause is unclear, message our WhatsApp support before proceeding. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

KheloStar is available to individuals who are 18 years or older and legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws of their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check local laws before registering. KheloStar reserves the right to deny service in jurisdictions where online betting is expressly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm you are 18+, mentally competent, and not on any self-exclusion list. Providing false age information results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one KheloStar ID. Duplicate account creation, deliberate or otherwise, is grounds for closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances tied to the duplicates.

You are responsible for keeping your KheloStar login credentials confidential. KheloStar staff never ask for your password. Any transaction placed with your credentials is considered authorised by you unless reported as compromised within 24 hours of occurrence.

Deposits

Deposits to your KheloStar wallet must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed. Accepted methods include UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, IMPS, net banking, and Skrill.

Minimum deposit is ₹100. Maximum single-transaction deposit is ₹5,00,000 for standard IDs and higher for Kohinoor VIP. Deposits credit to your wallet within one to five minutes on instant-transfer rails and within 30 minutes on net banking.

Deposit failures caused by the payment provider are reversed automatically by the provider. If a deposit is debited from your bank but not credited to your wallet within 60 minutes, message WhatsApp support with the transaction ID.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals return to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same KheloStar ID. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice and applies without exception.

Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Maximum single withdrawal is ₹5,00,000 for standard IDs and higher for Kohinoor VIP. Withdrawal processing times: 5-60 minutes for standard IDs, 5-15 minutes for Kohinoor VIP on UPI and instant rails.

KheloStar may request light identity verification for withdrawals exceeding a rolling threshold. Verification typically requires a government-issued ID photo and, in some cases, a utility bill photo. All verification is handled on WhatsApp.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on KheloStar are subject to the specific rules of the market and the sport. Cricket-specific rules apply to session bets, fancy bets, and cricket match markets. See our cricket betting guide for market-type details.

Bet acceptance is conditional on server confirmation. A bet displayed on your screen but not confirmed on the server may be voided. Bet slip confirmation is the only authoritative record of a placed wager.

KheloStar reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds (palpable-error rule) or where market manipulation is suspected. Void bets are refunded to the KheloStar wallet in full.

Casino and Aviator Rules

Casino and Aviator round outcomes are determined by the game provider (Evolution, Pragmatic, Spribe, etc.). KheloStar cannot alter or influence these outcomes. Provably-fair games publish server seeds allowing you to verify any round retrospectively.

Aviator and other crash games are unpredictable by design. Cash-out timing is entirely at your discretion; failure to cash out before a crash results in the loss of the placed stake. See our Aviator page for full mechanics.

Bonuses and Promotions

Every KheloStar bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms disclosed at the offer point. Common rules:

• Welcome bonus: One per KheloStar ID. Subject to rollover as stated on the offer.
• Reload bonuses: Terms vary by promotion; check the offer WhatsApp message.
• Kohinoor VIP cashback: 15% net-loss cashback with zero rollover. Real balance.
• Bonus abuse: Multi-accounting, opposite betting, and other bonus arbitrage tactics void all bonus balance and can trigger account closure.

Void Bets and Errors

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• Palpable error in odds (unusual price obviously outside market range).
• Match abandonment before the settlement point (session/fancy bet without agreed resolution).
• Confirmed technical error in bet placement.
• Confirmed player collusion or manipulation.

Void bets are refunded to the wallet. Bet stakes lost due to legitimate market movement are not voided.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are handled on WhatsApp in the first instance. Escalations move to the compliance team, which reviews the full audit trail and provides a decision within seven business days. Kohinoor VIP disputes route through the account manager for faster resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may escalate to an independent industry adjudicator. Details available on request.

Account Suspension and Closure

KheloStar may suspend or close a KheloStar ID for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms.
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Player request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (dormant account processing).

Closure for breach may result in forfeiture of bonus balances but never forfeiture of real-money wallet balance. Withdrawal of remaining balance follows standard withdrawal rules.

Limitation of Liability

KheloStar's liability to any player is limited to the value of the disputed transaction. KheloStar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or game provider technical faults.

Platform availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may interrupt service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable Indian laws in place at the time of the transaction. Disputes not resolved internally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the KheloStar corporate registration.

Amendments

KheloStar may amend these terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are displayed at the top of the page. Significant changes are notified via WhatsApp to active KheloStar IDs. Continued use of the platform after amendment constitutes acceptance.
